Liz Franz’s passion for skin started by addressing her own issues. In her early days, Liz managed Island resorts with her husband Tony. As idyllic as this sounds, the love for the beach and sun soon resulted in sun damage with visible fine lines and pigmentation. Liz always used higher end over the counter products but once she started in the cosmetic industry, she soon realised that these “beauty” products were not enough to offer her a solution. “There are many products that over promise but don’t deliver” says Liz. Her life changed when she discovered clinical active skin care. By using the products needed for her problem at a concentration level that penetrates the skin she was able to transfer her uneven complexion into a more radiant clear complexion.Liz has 8 years Clinical experience and throughout her career she has gained diverse knowledge and training in all aspects of cosmetic anti-ageing as well as medical skin conditions. She attributes this to working closely in the past 4 years with skin cancer doctors. Liz regularly updates her skills with on- going training, webinars and attends yearly conferences and master classes in Acne and skin disorders. Liz has a gentle caring and honest approach with her clients. Liz will take time to listen to you, identify your needs, educate you in relation to your skin and will work with you by providing amazing treatments and clinical home care. Liz has a strong and loyal following which comes from understanding the importance of honest and trusting relationships with each of her clients. Introducing Sam Schubert to Cairns Clear Skin
Sam has completed her Registered Nurse training with JCU and is also working at the Cairns Hospital in operating theatres. Sam loves her job in the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit and she also has a strong passion for skin health and skin care. Sam continues her studies internally and externally through seminars and in services with the Advanced Skin Technology Academy. Sam is also fully trained in IPL with Australia Aesthetic Devices. In her spare time Sam enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes. She is also a big fan of cycling, playing netball and travelling. We are so pleased to welcome Sam to Cairns Clear Skin. Her warmth and infectious personality will ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease every time you visit our clinic.
