What should you expect at your first visit to Cairns Clear Skin?
At your first visit you will be asked a series of questions that give the clinician an overall feeling for your skin.
You will have a basic skin anatomy lesson, and your skin will be cleansed and then examined under a woods lamp. This is an ultraviolet lamp that shows levels of hydration, types and amount of oil and pigment and therefore the overall health of your dermis – the deeper layer of your skin.
It is often appropriate for you to begin your new skin regime with a facial treatment. We include a medi-facial during this visit; it gets you off to a flying start and you’ll leave with your skin glowing.
Your medi-facial will be tailor-made on the day especially for you depending on your skin condition and your concerns.
Antioxidants will be applied as well as a protective SPF moisturiser.
