APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
As a courtesy, we will send you a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. In the case that we don’t receive a response & we are unable to contact you for confirmation, your appointment may be given to someone on our waiting list.
New Clients should arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule, in order to complete required paperwork.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your service. We will do our best to absorb the time missed, however; as a courtesy to all our clients all treatments are completed as scheduled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand there may be circumstances where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With this in mind we ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice.
We are a small business & staff are rostered on as per client demand. Please be courteous by giving as much notice as possible so that we can fill your appointment time.
Cancellation Fee: We reserve the right to take credit card details to secure your appointment and in particular if the appointment is over an hour in duration. If you cancel or reschedule outside of our 24 hour policy then you may be charged 50% of the appointment, and/or any deposits paid will be forfeited.
Should you cancel or change your appointment within the 24 hours, or do not attend your appointment at all, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50.
