Each Relief Green Tea bag is equivalent to 1/2 daily dose of Relief.
How do I make Relief Green Tea?
It is most important that the Relief in the tea is not exposed to a water temperature greater than 67˚C. Infuse tea for no more than 2 minutes at about 67˚C. Water from a digital kettle set at 70˚C will be under 67˚C after it is poured into a cup prior to inserting a tea bag, or boiling water can be added to a cup and about 30% cold water from a tap added prior to inserting a tea bag.
Ingredients:
Nerada green tea blended with a special blend of ginger spices from the family Zingiberaceae.
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 years.
